Please note: The website is currently under construction. A few finishing touches are still being added, but coaching is available to book.
Coaching
Sessions are built around what you want to get from them. You might be looking to work on a particular part of your technique, improve consistency, prepare for competition, make sense of an equipment issue, or simply have another pair of eyes on your shooting.
Sessions are available for individual archers and can be arranged at your club or another suitable venue in Norfolk. If you’re not sure what you need help with, that’s fine too, we can work that out together when we start.
Sessions can include:
- Technical development and refinement
- Improving consistency
- Competition preparation
- Equipment setup and tuning
- Video & photo analysis
- Confidence and performance-related challenges
- Training plans and practice ideas

What we can work on
Technique & Consistency
Work on the parts of your shot that matter most to your shooting.
This could mean developing fundamentals, refining an established technique or experimenting with different approaches to find what works best for you.
Performance & Competition
Preparing for competition isn’t just about shooting a higher score.
We can work on things like competition routines, confidence, goal setting and strategies for managing problems that appear under pressure.
Equipment & Training
Your equipment and your training approach both play a part in your development.
Sessions can include equipment setup and tuning, understanding how changes affect your shooting, or developing practical things to work on between coaching sessions.
Coaching for Clubs & Groups
I also work with clubs to deliver structured coaching sessions and courses for their members. This can range from beginner courses through to Booster sessions for more experienced archers, depending on what the club and its members are looking for.
Courses and sessions can be structured around the needs of the group, with the aim of giving archers useful skills and understanding that they can continue developing between sessions.
If you’re a club looking for coaching support, get in touch and we can discuss what would work for your members.
Interested in Coaching?
If you’re interested in booking a session or would like to discuss what you’re looking for, get in touch. I’m happy to have a conversation before arranging anything, particularly if you’re not sure what kind of coaching would be most useful.
